This cute family photo session was taken in Alila Uluwatu Bali at sunset time. Ivy and her family spent the vacation in Bali from California and wanted to have their portrait photo taken. We did the short 1-hour session at their villa and surrounding. I have created a 1-hour package by me especially for a family with kids as kids below 5-year old usually won’t do a longer session than 1-hour.

The family staying at the family villas with private cabana, the signature of Alila Uluwatu. The contemporary interiors are enhanced with touches of nature and traditional Balinese accents – reflected in planes of wood, water, stone, and rattan. There was actually another great spot for a photo session at the infinity pool of Alila Uluwatu but the spot only allowed exclusively for a wedding.

I love to see how their kid was running around happily. I tried to shoot it candidly without too much posing so the kid would feel comfortable during the entire Alila Uluwatu family photo.
