Blangsinga or Tegenungan Waterfall is one of my favourites waterfall for photoshoot in Bali. This waterfall is known by two names depending on which village you come through. For me personally I prefer to go to Blangsinga Waterfall entry as there slightly less stairs to go down. There’s also a clean restroom for changing clothes very useful especially you bring different outfit. The falls are only several minutes’ walk down the trail beyond the restaurants, where you’ll enjoy the impressively green valley panorama with cascading water as a centrepiece.
Blangsinga or Tegenungan Waterfall, by far is the most professionally run waterfall destination and for that reason, I am always happy to take my client here. Its close proximity to Ubud makes it easy to visit after an earlier session at the Tegalalang Rice Terrace. There are three different levels on the waterfall on where a couple can pose.
The best timing to shoot here at Blangsinga or Tegenungan Waterfall is definitely in the morning but not as early as Tegalalang Rice Terraces. Be here at 8 am – 9am for the best lighting and to avoid the crowd of Instagram waterfall chasers
It is advisable to not wear any heels and please be mindful that there are some stairs to reach the waterfall.
The management charge Rp250.000/couple for photoshoot and the regular entry without photoshoot is Rp15.000/person.
