Bali family photo session of Heather and Mike. This beautiful family was coming from Dallas, Texas. Heather was 32 weeks pregnant when we did the shoot. We took the photos at the Melasti Beach in Ungasan. The sunset and the weather of the beach remind Heather when they were in Hawaii when she was pregnant with her first baby.

Photographing children can sometimes be a challenging task since children typically do not like posing for the camera (especially when they are too busy doing something they like). Everything happens way too fast, making it extremely difficult for me to capture the moment. If you wanted to have a Bali family photo session I would recommend doing a session at the beach. So your child can have fun, explore and play around with the sand. Making the images more natural and candid.
During the session, the best thing you can do to have beautiful art with a child is simply relaxed and be yourself. Kids are perceptive. They sense when you’re overdoing it and aren’t acting like yourself, and they’ll respond in kind. Just be how you are and let me take care the rest.
