A joyful Bali waterfall family photo session featuring Michael and Aubrey, photographed by our associate Eka. Traveling from Australia with their two daughters, Indiana and Winter, the family celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary alongside their siblings, turning the trip into a meaningful shared memory in Bali.
Because the family loves nature, we recommended holding their session at Blangsinga Waterfall. It’s one of the most family-friendly waterfalls in Bali, with an easy, safe path that isn’t too slippery and fewer stairs compared to many waterfalls around Ubud. It’s also conveniently located and easily accessible from Seminyak and Canggu. The children were clearly overjoyed exploring the waterfall.
The entrance fee for a photo session at this waterfall is IDR 300,000 per family, which already includes the photographer’s ticket. The best time to start is in the morning from 8:00 AM to avoid crowds. If you’re lucky, you may catch beautiful rays of light hitting the waterfall wall, creating stunning photo moments. Visiting before 8:00 AM isn’t recommended, as the light rays haven’t appeared yet.
