Capturing the new life has always been a passion of mine. While weddings have been the main focus for years. Here in Bali, the requests for pregnancy photos are slowly increasing, balancing out the wedding work. It’s wonderful to connect with couples planning to grow their families, capturing portraits that mark such an important moment in their lives.
Saad and Nimira’s Ubud maternity session in Tegalalang was a dream to shoot. I’ve got so many questions `Why is the morning photo session in Ubud the best time?”. Let me tell you a little secret, starting your photoshoot in the morning will make your photos clear from the crowds on your background. And most importantly the lighting are most stunning in the morning. If you shoot there after 9am the sun will be too harsh and the heat will make you uncomfortable.
As you can see in the pictures here, Nimira looked absolutely radiant, and Saad’s protective gaze was heartwarming. Is it what people say about “pregnancy glow”? Because they both look stunning.
Their excitement for their baby radiated from their smile, and it was an honor to capture that special chapter in life on this Ubud maternity session.
