The Singaporean couple contacted us about doing a couple’s photoshoot session on their Bali holiday. Fortunately, we managed to fit the lovely couple on our schedule and accommodate their intimate Bali waterfall prewedding session.
Melissa and Desmond arrived in Bali at the right time. The island was just started to get busy with visitors and its popular attractions were not yet as full with people. Tegalalang Rice Terrace and Tukad Cepung Waterfall were the locations of their couple photoshoot session.
Ubud’s most famous rice terrace was at its best when we arrived there in early morning. The rice field’s verdant landscape was enhanced by the golden ray of lights. The rice plants were tall and green, lusciously pregnant with grain. The comfortable, intimate ease of the couple was a delight to capture on camera.

Tukad Cepung Waterfall’s dramatic cave skylight and circular rock formation was our next photoshoot location. Located in Bangli, the waterfall was a 40-minute drive away from Tegalalang. Optimizing the dramatic natural light and time of day, Melissa and Desmond’s couple photoshoot session took four hour to finish. There was no crowd and it helped to make them feel relax and just enjoyed the moment. Admittedly, it took a few hundred stairs to reach the waterfall but the hard work was all worth it when we saw the photos.
Indeed, there is no better time than now to book a session with us. At the moment, the island’s picturesque destinations offer more than enough space for couples who wish to celebrated their milestones while enjoying a much-needed holiday in Bali.
