Ubud, Bali, turned into a real life Instagram filter for Angela & Hong’s Ubud prewedding photography. These two wanted their love story captured against the backdrop of the island’s lush area, bathed in the signature Ubud light. My camera was primed and ready, buzzing with excitement that mirrored theirs.
Our first location, the Tegalalang Rice Terraces, was a breathtaking rice terrace sculpted by generations of Balinese farmers. A, looks elegant in her dress. The sunlight played with the highlights in her hair, a perfect match for her attire. Hong, a vision of relaxed handsomeness, couldn’t seem to tear his gaze away from Angela.
My lens captured their connection, every stolen glance, every whispered word, every quick peck on the cheek, their love story shown naturally. The sun cast a warm, golden glow, bathing them in a romantic light. Soft focus and gentle light filtering through the coconut palms created a dreamy and airy atmosphere.
Next up, Blangsinga Waterfall or Tegenungan Waterfall! The cascading water added a whole new soundtrack to their love song. Angela, eyes sparkling brighter than the water droplets, and Hong, his hand protectively around her waist, were simply soaking it all in. The cool spray from the waterfall felt like nature’s playful blessing on their love story.
