Korean Wedding in Bali of Yena and Taewan. The couple opted to celebrate their Bali wedding in a modern ceremony. Modern Korean weddings are much like Western weddings, the bride wears a fancy white dress, and the groom wears a black suit. Their wedding was held in The Surga Villa Estate Uluwatu. The Surga Villa Estate sits on Bali’s Bukit Peninsula with multiple dimensions of opulence in two main villas that are connected by a shared courtyard.
Bali Wedding Venues:
While Western custom dictates that it’s bad luck for the bride and groom to see each other before the wedding ceremony, in Korea, there’s no such concept. The bride and groom can meet before the wedding. Before the ceremony, the groom will join the parents in the lobby to greet the guests who have arrived, while the bride will sit in her own special bridal room where guests may come, chat, and take photos with her.
The venue offer a great area for photo by the cliff. The ocean-view is so stunning. I’m so grateful to have been able to document this incredible day.
After the ceremony, we went to Melasti beach for portrait session. The beach is very close to the venue.
Koreans don’t always incorporate ancient traditions at their weddings. Nowadays, Westernized weddings are becoming more prominent while ancient Korean traditions still remain preserved. Congratulations on your Korean Wedding in Bali Yena and Taewan!

Feedback from the Bride and Groom: “Absolutely amazing. Choosing Gusmank as a photographer for our wedding was the best decision. Gusmank photography has a unique style. Just look at his photos and you’ll know you have found the right one. I feel so lucky that I’ve found him and let him capture my wedding day. He captured best moments of the wedding and whenever I see the photos it makes me flew back to the wedding day and make it even better memories. Thank you Gusmank & your team. :)”
