Villa Anugrah Bali Wedding of Michelle and Brian. Michelle and Brian meet on a summer camp in States ten years ago and has been together ever since. Most of their relatives are in Indonesia, so they decided to have their wedding in Bali.
The day went like a typical wedding in Bali, starts with their early morning preparation in the villa, ceremony at the church, tea ceremony, and reception. What unique from this Bali wedding are they opted to do the first touch over the first look on their wedding day! I located them at the door in their villa so they can’t see each other. Then, they reached out for each other’s hand and exchanged their vows. While they won’t see each other before the wedding, they got to share a moment of excitement before the ceremony. Brian was cried during the first touch.
Sometimes, having a quiet moment during the hustle and bustle of your wedding day is exactly what you need to ease your nerves before you stand in front of every person you’ve ever met and pledged your love to one another. Sometimes, you need just a quick second to reconnect and remember why you planned this whole big event in the first place so the day doesn’t overwhelm you both.
They had their ceremony in Catholic Church, St. Fransiskus Xaverius Church in Kuta.

They prepared the coconut with their name written on it as their welcome drink. A good touch for your island wedding!
