The wedding ceremony took place at the newly renovated Tresna Chapel in Ayana Resort, in an extraordinary landscape on the edge of a cliff with a breathtaking view of the endless blue of the Indian Ocean. Majestically towering above AYANA’s shimmering Indian Ocean, Tresna wedding chapel in Bali is a dramatically illuminated chapel that promises to fulfill the wedding ceremony of your dreams. One of the most stunning design features of the Tresna wedding chapel is a see-through glass aisle with a flowing, stone-lined river underneath that leads to a magnificent glass altar.
The bride arrived with their daughter, Elyssa, and her bridesmaids, all dressed up in turquoise color, with colorful bouquet. The sound of silence, for the ceremony, in comparison with the sound of the waves crushing the cliff, was irresistibly romantic. By the end of this beautiful ceremony, a cocktail party followed at Ayana Garden and the guests had the chance to have a panoramic view of the Indian Ocean with a warm sunset.

We took the photo tour session along with the bridal parties at the new Rimba Sky Bridge. The Sky Bridge connecting to the main Rimba building and buggies transport guests between the other facilities and hotels within the greater Ayana resort grounds. After we headed to the Ayana famous Kubu Beach, the private stretches of white sand beach. Luckily now they have an elevator there, so we don’t need to go all the way down from the stairs.

“After noticing each other from stolen glances from across the workplace we never crossed paths until 1 stocktake lunch break where we chatted about our lives and found we had a lot in common such as the size of our families, being the eldest sibling, both studying at University and living away from family.
After we had gone on a few dates and practically spending everyday together we decided to move in together after 6 months of dating. 21st of November 2011 Chris proposed to me on my 21st Birthday after treating me to a romantic dinner and moonlight stroll in Kings Park Perth. 1 month later 2 days after Chris’s 22nd Birthday we found out we where going to be parents to our beautiful daughter Elyssa who was then born on the 7th of August 2012.
After seasons came and past we decided that it was time that we pick a location and date for our Destination Wedding at Tresna Chapel Ayana Resort. We both picked Bali after visiting 3 previous times as a family with Elyssa. Bali is nothing but beauty and peace and we could not have choosen another place that would suit us more!”
