Deciding a venue for surprise proposal might a bit challenge in Bali, as Bali has abundant spot for this romantic event. We were considering the two best areas in Bali, between Ubud or Uluwatu. But as Mathew staying in the Ubud area, we thought that Ubud will the place.

Mathew told Grace that he got a free photo session when he booked the 100 Candles Dinner. First, we did some couples sessions around their hotel. Then when we walked down to the restaurant Mathew excused himself to the restroom while sending Grace a short video. When the video ended Mathew came and down the knee with the flowers! The soothing sound of water washing over the river rocks brought a romantic ambiance when Mathew popped the question.
