Sanur Bali elopement photography at Segara Village Hotel.
Usually elopements just have a simple ceremony without an elaborate reception. Elopement weddings can be rather spontaneous but sometimes are planned well in advance. But in some cases, elopement sessions can only consist of portraits with the couple before or afterward of the ceremony.
Casper and Kirstine had been married in their country just before they flew to Bali. They decided to have the following portrait session in the tropical view of Bali. Without anyone knowing their married, this portrait will be a big surprise for their family.

My favorite time of day for couple / elopement photography session is sunrise. While I know it makes for an early wake-up call, which is hard for some people. But there are 3 reasons for this:
1. There are no crowds. The magic thing about early morning is that you have the location to yourself.
2.The light is divine. Early morning golden hour is perfection for photos.
3. In the hot summer months in Bali, it’s so much cooler and it’s feels better not being sweaty for photos. Sunset light can also be wonderful in terms of light, It is also golden and delicious and you can also catch the sky turning all sorts of colors if the weather works out. It can be an alternative If sunrise isn’t for you.
Congratulations on your Sanur Bali elopement photography!
