Proposing is sometimes a lot harder than it looks, especially it will be done in a foreign country, Bali Indonesia — that’s the lesson one man learned recently when his surprise proposal was almost derailed by something simple.
Eugene had his Bali Surprise Proposal all planned out: Book a local Bali Photographer, then he pops the question to his girlfriend, Jo Anne, using a low-key proposal on the beach and ended with a fancy romantic dinner.
