For a serene and natural photoshoot, head to Lake Batur after your Mount Batur session. Located in the Kintamani area, this breathtaking lake offers a stunning backdrop of pristine waters, lush hills, and the iconic Batur Temple. Bali’s largest lake, it spans 16 km and reaches depths of about 65 meters, formed by the eruption of Mount Batur thousands of years ago.
Upon arrival, you’ll be treated to panoramic views of the lake, with the majestic Pura Ulun Danu Segara Batur temple situated at its center. This picturesque location, especially with the sun setting in the background, makes it a favorite spot for photographers and couples alike. It’s a truly unique and spectacular place to capture unforgettable moments.
Batur Lake Kintamani is one of Bali’s most popular tourist spots, but if you visit early, you can avoid the crowds. I typically go after a session at Mount Batur’s black lava around 9 AM.
As we’ll be spending a lot of time on the road, comfort is essential. Avoid dark-colored outfits to stand out against the temple backdrop.
The entrance fee for a couple photoshoot at Tibumana Waterfall is Rp 300,000.
