Pinggan Village or Pinggan sunrise spot located in the northern part of Kintamani, northwest of Mount Batur. The location of the village on the other side of the mount Batur makes the beautiful nature around it. Pine trees with a mountain background make the scenery in Pinggan Village sunrise spot looks very beautiful. But the other thing that makes it interesting to visit this village is the sunrise view from the village’s hill, incredible scenery provided to make this place used as a hunting place for most of Bali photographers to find the best picture. Imagine when the sun rises the sky turns orange/pink and the thick blanket of mist slowly dissolves revealing a quaint little village with a big mountain on the background ready to start the day. It’s so stunning you won’t believe your own eyes!
15 minutes from this village you can also find a great rainforest that looks so romantic!
Best Time to Shoot
Be here as early as possible, if you are staying in Denpasar you need to depart from 3.30 am to catch the sunrise. The road is very empty in the morning you can shoot here too for a creative photo.
What to Wear For Photoshoot at Pinggan Village
Bring a light jacket as it can be chilly in the morning, the temperature will be about 16°C.
Entrance Fee
For engagement or pre-wedding shoot, the local ask for 250.000 Rupiah.
